Does these fit the intelligence hopegarden ?

They should, it fits almost all the AreoGardens.

Fertilizer question - i'm using this with an aerogarden., do you add equal amounts of bottle a and bottle b when adding plant food to the reservoir?

That is what I do (equal amounts).

are these biodegradable and can be transferred to the garden soil after sprouting?

Yes, the pods are biodegradable and can be transferred to the garden soil after sprouting.

Do the sponge pods disintergrate? I want to plant them in soil but not not sure if I have to remove the sponge pod first.

I do not know if they disintegrate, but I just planted my rosemary with the pod/roots in dirt and it is doing great. It is an indoor potted herb.
