wolfcraft 2-in-1 Mitre Block & Bevel Gauge for Precise Skirting Board Cuts

Very sturdy and accurate mitre box. Easy to use and holds the material securely while cutting. Great for clean bevel and mitre cuts, especially for trim and skirting work. Good quality and definitely worth the money for DIY or professional use.

This is an awesome bit of kit, used for several jobs now, easy to get perfect angled cuts without all the faffing about.

My fear of skirting boards is finally over. So is the wrath and scorn of the wife, telling me that I should pay for for a professional instead of DIY.No longer do I shake with fear as the wife says the skirting boards need replacing. This is a must for anyone doing DIY. I have now finally after 12 months refitted skirting boards through out my home. Will no doubt be asked to do something else shortly , which will involve using it again. Great product, so easy to use. The quality of the product is good. It is very easy to use and if you take care the results are professionalIf I was to make a recommendation, then it would be to either increase the height of cuts above 70mm or have another product that does higher.

Don't like that I ordered the wrong saw when ordering...Solid tool...

I previously used a Stanley plastic mitre box but this had the drawbacks that (a) you can only make 90 or 45 degree cuts, and (b) it's hard to avoid cutting into the plastic with the saw. This Wolfcraft mitre box solves both of those problems. Slacken the lock knob, place the mitre box into the corner or bay window, adjust it to the desired angle, and tighten the knob to lock it. Using the recommended Wolfcraft saw it slides smoothly between the guides but the wider bar that stiffens the back of the saw allows you to cut through the workpiece but it stops a millimetre above the mitre box itself so you don't cut into the mitre box or damage the teeth of the saw.I've found this allows me to take accurate mitre cuts far quicker than I could previous. A welcome addition to my toolkit.

I love wolcraft stuff and find the quality very good. I was looking forward to using this mitre block, particularly as I have some uneven walls to deal with. I just found it a bit fiddly and not much better than just judging it myself by holding up two pieces to the walls and making a mark with approximate angle. Quality seems fine but it could do with some form of clamp to hold the item in place which is being cut -s ome of my other mitre boxes have this. It works, it is well made but I can't help being a bit disappointed.

Comme toujours avec Wolfcraft le produit est bien pensé, fonctionnel et de qualité. Renvoie toutes les boites à onglets aux oubliettes des outils dépassés. Je recommande.

Estupendo para angulos que no son de 90 grados y con una caja de ingletes normal no puedes cortar bien el ángulo deseado. Se ajusta al rincón o esquina, se aprieta el tornillo y ya tenemos los dos ángulos listos para cortar

Buon prodotto, ma non e’ possibile bloccare il pezzo da tagliare, a meno che non abbia uno spessore quasi pari allo spazio disponibile ( circa 29 mm).Per ovviare all’inconveniente ho acquistato due piccoli morsetti. Dai video mostrati pare che per tagliare si debba essere mancini….. ma non è il mio caso. Uso bene la destra!!!!!Ho visto che un altro prodotto ha il blocco del pezzo da tagliare ma costa quasi il doppio !!!!

Ich nutze die wolfcraft Schmiege und Schneidlade inzwischen bei vielen Projekten und möchte sie wirklich nicht mehr missen.Gerade im Heimwerker-Alltag merkt man schnell, wie oft man saubere Winkel oder passgenaue Schnitte braucht. Egal ob Sockelleisten, Sichtschutz mit Rhombusleisten im Garten oder sogar beim Bau eines kleinen Spielgerüsts für die Kinder – das Teil war bei mir ständig im Einsatz.Die Handhabung ist dabei angenehm einfach und selbsterklärend. Man braucht keine große Einarbeitung und kommt schnell zu guten Ergebnissen. Genau das macht sie so praktisch, gerade wenn man nicht jeden Tag damit arbeitet.Was mich besonders überzeugt: Trotz der einfachen Bauweise funktioniert sie zuverlässig und liefert saubere Ergebnisse. Man merkt, dass die Idee dahinter einfach gut durchdacht ist.Natürlich ist es kein High-End-Profiwerkzeug, aber für den normalen Heimwerker absolut ausreichend und eine enorme Erleichterung bei vielen Arbeiten.Gerade im Verhältnis zum Preis bekommt man hier ein wirklich nützliches Werkzeug, das einem im Alltag viel Zeit und Nerven spart.Klare Empfehlung und definitiv Daumen hoch dafür!
