this was rated number 1 and I can see why...very nice flavor and not a ton of salt.I like alot of rubs,but I honestly have to say that this one os on the top flavors I love.Lots of compliments from folks on my pulled pork.Most preferred not to add the BBQ sauce,as this was how they liked it best.I always put my BBQsauce on the side so they can decide themselves.HINT:sweet cole slaw on top of the pork,and ...WOW! :)
