I am a skeptic. I have very little trust in your average home medical treatment. I’m also old. I mean really old. I have many aches and pains. Somewhere I saw some video on TENS devices. I bought this one because it seemed easy enough. I installed the app and applied the big butterfly patch over top of the S3 and S4 vertebrae. I turned it on, cranked it up to 7 and waited. It began a slow rhythm of pulses. So it does something. That’s good. After 5 or 10 minutes, I realized may chronic back pain was starting to fade. It was like having a masseuse carefully apply pressure to the muscles around that junction. I let it run for 20 minutes after I was done with the first cycle. I just went ahead and did another and then I just went about my usual day and I realized the back pain has been attenuated so bottom line I’m impressed. The muscles around the top of my shoulder just behind the clavicle has been problematic since I tore my rotator cuff 10 years ago. I put two individual pads right against that area and turned it on. The power was really impressive. It really feels like I’m having a massage so skeptic or not. I think this is a great product. I would recommend it especially if you’re old, but I think any sort of sport injury that involves muscle muscles would greatly benefit with this type of device and this one is really simple to use. The app is straightforward. Turn it on, let it find one of the devices continue select the type of area you want to apply the massage to and turn it on. It’s smart enough to make different types of patterns depending on what part of your body you select so again I am impressed. It’s well worth the price.

This is so much nicer than the older TENS units. The package comes with 2 individual units, are very easy to apply, remove and store. No more dangling wires and clunky battery unit! The app is easy too set up and use. Since the units work independently, you can use them individually, in 2 locations, or on 2 people.

Great unit for the price. I have been dealing with pain in my mid back and have tried almost everything I can before going to the doctor first. *because I feel like they will just say get rest and heres some high strength pain pills oh and ill take that 300 bucks* So I looked first and most are $100 or more which seemed ok but I saw this first and thought well Ill try it out. For the money it does a really good massage to your locations you put it on and is resonably sticky *after a few sticks you need to take off the battery part and just run a lil water over the sticky part and put it back on the plastic sheet it comes with and it restickies it* Theres many settings if you want a surface massage use the tens if you want a deeper massage use the ems settings.*there are many settings and it gives you an idea where it should go but test out the settings you might like one on your back thats actually a foot setting* The batteries last awhile like 6 to 8 hours of highest setting and you just connect it with your phone. Only problem is sometimes the unit shuts off randomly and you gotta turn it back on when you feel that happen but for 40 bucks its not a bad trade off. Works great gives you extra pads just takes a few times getting used to it.

This device works great. I had two issues: a lower left-side back strain that resulted in the ice pick effect, then a pulled muscle in my right glute that was probably from compensating. Setting up the app and operating the controls were easy. Keep something in mind, you will get about 10 uses out of the pad before it won't stick. If you have any body hair in the area, shave it off, or you'll get fewer uses. In two days (six thirty-minute sessions), I'm about 50% better, I can walk without a cane, and I'm out in the garden working. It doesn't heal things, but driving out the pain lets you move again, and movement is often a big help. One thing that I thought was interesting. As the pain subsided, my body relaxed, and it was a huge relief. Wasn't expecting that.

Just got this today and it was super easy to set up. I'm not a tech person and I was able to get it all working. The pads are great and stay in place. The unit is working great to help with my back pain.

Best tens I’ve owned. Charge lasts super long. Having no cords is a dream. App is very user friendly. Have used 2 of the pads over and over and over and still sticking. Great product. And side note - I did not get paid to say any of this. I am just actually am really impressed with this product.

My wife suffers from various ailments including sciatica, arthritis and inflammation. She's constantly on the lookout for anything to ease her pain, so over the past few years we've spent a small fortune purchasing all kinds of devices and creams to help minimize her suffering. I've purchased several TENS units over the years so I'm familiar with the technology. This particular model caught my attention due to the larger pads and the wireless features. My plan was to use it to ease the pain in my wife's lower back. That didn't happen. She wanted to use it on her feet instead. We tried her knees instead since the pads didn't stick to her skin very well. After a 30 minute session my wife praised the TENS effectiveness. I immediately placed an Amazon order for Electrode Gel for TENS and 2 athletic wraps to hold the TENS in place. Upon arrival today we applied the pads to my wife's feet after moistening them with the gel (sticky!) and wrapping them firmly in place with the athletic wraps. Again the TENS device was praised for effectively reducing my wife's foot pain. She's happy with it, so I'm happy with it. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent product that provides consistent results, convenience and functionality. Everyone that I recommended this product to has purchased it and loved it. I am the biggest fan for this device and I have utilized other TENS unit but I’ve never been more satisfied with any other brand. Charging the device is very easy and the charge lasts for awhile.
