The media could not be loaded. LOVE! I came to Amazon after seeing the "big brand" on Facebook, because there was NO way I was going to spend $90 on what looked like virtually the exact same thing. And it is. I got my waist band and the hoop, and immediately went to work. It is a little noisy, but smooth and surprisingly easy to use! I've never been able to hula in my life, so was super shocked that I was just rocking and this thing got going! Absolutely wonderful value for the price and quality. I'm 5'9 230 lbs and my daughter is 4 and we can both wear this hoop lol so, size is never a worry. (I got the 51" and used all but 3 links initially)Anyway, if you're thinking of one of these belts, this one is pretty great.

Make sure you have the track on the hula hoop correctly! I was convinced mine didn’t work until I realized I literally had it on incorrectly. It should glide around smoothly. Even if you cannot actually hula hoop, you can totally do this. It really is a great workout. Like others have said it is loud but no biggie. Another review said this, but a good reminder to always switch directions. So for example, do five minutes one way and then the next five minutes the opposite way. Keep the muscle toning balanced.

So i bought this item and I'm not sure if it's working right. The ease of assembly was fine but it the weight doesn't twirl around just by me making a hula hoop motion. I have to sway side of side on my feet to keep the weight going. So not really working out my stomach as it is working out my legs..... which is not what I wanted from this product. I tried to adjust the weight string to see if that would help. The track is as tight as it can be.... so idk?? Someone help if you can! Edit: ive figured out how to twirl it. So I adjust my review to 4 stars-- it's just a little too noisy. I mainly workout at night so I can't use this because I'm worried it will wake up my roommate. I'll have to make time to use it during the day. But I'm def using the waist trainer for all my other work outs lol so that's one thing I'm grateful I have gotten from ordering this product :)

I love this product. I’ve owned others from another company but this one is much better. It is easy to assemble, the weight is solid and doesn’t come apart on me, there is no concern about it needing to be filled with water like my last one. 10/10. It’s a little noisy but that’s to be expected. It was not overly costly which is great! I love the belt that was included. Everything works extremely well.

Looks like it can be easily damaged. Cracking is possible.

I haven't measured myself or anything but I will tell you, if nothing else, this is fun! It almost feels ridiculous. I was very excited to get this but quickly remembered that I was terrible at hula hooping as a child. but regardless, a good playlist and 35 minutes flies by. i definitely feel it in my muscles after and it does get the heart rate up. I like that it comes with the wrap as I'm pretty sure if i were to just put the hoop over my shirt I'd have bruises. The wrap is what protects your skin from the hoop. the joints remove fairly easily so taking it on and off isn't difficult. It has never come off during exercise.

The Hula hoop fits very snug on my waist. Not for big belly people like me. By the way, I did add the extra pieces too.The ball doesn’t go all the way around. Instead, The ball hits my butt, and stays there for more painful hits.I’m too busy complaining about the pain that I’m not able to enjoy the hula hoop.By the time I opened this box, and realized it was too late to return.So I tried taking it apart to put it back in the box, but it’s too hard to take apart.I do not recommend this.

This hula hoop does the job! It fits perfectly and has the adjustable links that can be removed once you start losing inches. The weighted ball glides around the track perfectly but it is noisy. The hard plastic links seems to be very durable. Using the hoop has added value to my daily workout. The quality of the hoop is great! The weighted ball came prefilled which was also great.
