Plumb Craft Waxman 7640400T Universal Flush Lever Handle

I'm no plumbing expert, and it took me longer than I'd like to admit before I realized that the plastic nut is reverse threaded. The product arrived with the nut tightly threaded to the handle, and I think I came close to breaking it when trying to remove the nut before I realized I had to loosen it by turning it clockwise. Now installed, looks and functions perfectly.

Works fine. Super easy install. However, the handle is more wobbly and loose than the one it replaced, even though the nut is secure and tight. Wish the handle was more secure and tight fitting and also more flush with the tank surface. The handle isn’t flush and the white plastic under the handle is a bit visible. As long as it works well it’s not a big deal I guess.

Best Buy for the buck! Easy to install and sturdy metal! We used this to replace a plastic feature put in by the builder when our toilets were installed. A week later another toilet handle broke so we bought two more! Way better than the cheap ones you find at a local Home Depot or Lowe’s! Completely satisfied and would purchase again!!

While the threaded pivoting part is plastic, the type is a durable plastic and reverse threaded easily during final installation step.. The DANCO Toilet Handle (80806) was very difficult to thread back on once inside the tank during final installation due to insufficient space between the base of the handle and male threaded part.

When I bought this lever in early 2020 it was priced under $5. It works great and was easily installed, but I will not be buying any for $29.99.
