So pleased with these brushes. Have used every day and they keep their shape. No stray hairs. They have improved my art. Love even more, painting hair. You'll know what I mean when you try them. The medium I use is water mixable oil. I think they would be suitable for other mediums.

These are very good brushes indeed I have been using them for a good while now and they are exactly the same as the day I got them, and I don't use them for paint I use them for applying glue to my candles then glitter fantastic, good seller also.

These brushes from this brand were surprising good. I have since ordered a set of each the Flat, the Round, and the Filbert. There are good quality, easy to clean, do not frazzle, hold their point/tip, load easily, and the handle is a good size.

I have just started painting so don't have the experience to know what an expensive brush(s) can do for me but right now they are fine and they have helped so far. Not a lot of money either and they are holding up.Have a nice day.

I go college for art and my professors want professional grade materials. These are amazing. I'm currently using them with oil and they are soft to the touch but also stiff enough that they maintain their shape and work with my strokes. In other words, they're great because the artist has complete control over the brush - as it should be. They came in a nice plastic case that snaps shot, and each brush was individually wrapped in it's own plastic seal (which can be reused, I put my brushes back in it after). So far these brushes have been used in oil paint, gamsol, linseed, galykide, Palmolive soap, Dawn soap and hot water and they still have maintained shape and have not frayed or lost hairs. I also haven't experienced any chipping on the handle as I have with other brushes. They look high end and professional, my classmates assumed I spent over $30 for one brush. It's also difficult to tell that they are synthetic. One of my classmate's actually went out and ordered these for herself after checking my set out. I highly recommend this product for students and professionals. For beginners, the quality is pretty high, but for the price it's a steal. If you were in my position comparing brushes, definitely go for these.

I'm not an artist, but I'm using the brushes to restore two barn lanterns. Using Rustoleum oil primer and Rustoleum oil satin black. The brushes clean up extremely well.
