Really good supplement. Doesn’t taste, good quality. Helps with focus and decent value for money. Would recommend. 1 per day doesn’t just fine.

This helps me focus much better at work. When I ran out, I was a day without them and that’s when I really noticed their benefit. I had lots of brain fog and couldn’t concentrate. Within a few hours of taking one, I could concentrate much better and had more energy.

This does the job but the capsules are large,

utilizzo il lion’s mane di AAVALABS da un paio di mesi. mi trovo molto bene in quanto ho notato dei miglioramenti nella concentrazione e nella voglia di studiare. io personalmente prendo altri integratori sempre della stessa marca (che trovo davvero ottima), e insieme al complesso vitaminico che già assumo (omega 3, vitamina b, vitamina d+k, magnesio) trovo che il lion’s mane sia un’ottima supplemento per la concentrazione e per la vita di tutti i giorni. mi trovo molto bene anche con la forma e la grandezza delle pastigilie, che volendo si possono anche aprire e sciogliere in acqua, senza contare che le confezioni sono molto belle e molto dettagliate. è già la seconda volta che ordino il lion’s mane di AAVALABS e sono piacevolmente colpita, continuerò ad acquistare!!!P.S: le formulazioni di questa marca sono completamente naturali e prive di additivi ecc…quindi un punto in più :)

Great quality, especially compared to other products.I have a disabling neurological illness, so I researched heavily for the best product. This is it!Beware other products as they don't contain the right parts of the lions mane, but they sell it as such (it's a technicality on word play).

C'est un produit efficace, à mon avis prendre une gélule le matin en mangeant, et avec une gélule d'ashwagandha pour être en forme toute la journée. Ashwagandha de chez Granions!
