Revive - 670nm Red Light Bulb by Gamma - Sleep Therapy - Melatonin Promoting Natural Sleep Aid

I never write reviews but I got this one and a cheaper one that also had great reviews. I was hoping / planning to return this one since it was more expensive. However, it’s SO much better than the cheaper one. It’s a deeper, darker, much more relaxing red. You wouldn’t realize unless you got both and compared them but I’m definitely returning the cheap one and going to get more of these ones. Very worth the money! It’s so calming! Loooove already and will be so nice for wake-ups in the night with baby and for turning down at night.

I like this lightbulb. It helps me relax and get ready to sleep at night, which has always been a challenge. When it gets dark outside, I turn off all the lights in the living room and then turn this red light on. Then I put on my nighttime blue blockers while I am on the computer or when I watch TV. It has been a game changer. I never even make it through a single show with this routine. I helps me zonk out. It was totally worth the price I paid for this bulb. My plants hate it though. Some of them are on the same end table as the lamp with this red light. If fall asleep and fail to turn it off, they are exposed to the light all night to the light. I can see them literally leaning the opposite direction, trying to get away from it.

These are great bulbs. I know you can find them cheaper, and I'm not a light wavelength expert, but I feel like a little extra money is probably worth it in this case because I'm looking for genuine near infrared. I have lights that come on automatically an hour before bed, and then I turn off the white lights. They're bright enough that I can see in my apartment, using red lights before bed has changed my life, no joke. I've suggested this to friends and actually had someone call me last night and tell me that it did the same for them. If you have trouble sleeping, cut out all the regular light and all the gadgets and run these for an hour before bed. It works.

Was skeptical at first but after I tried it definitely helps with sleep cycle. Worth the buy

Great color, poor life length. Love the light but sadly, it didn't last very long. Not sure what the average lifespan is supposed to be when only utilizing for a few hours each evening. I only used it at night during my bedtime routine but it only lasted 3 months.

A nice night light for the bedroom. If I have to wake up in the middle of the night, it definitely is much better than turning on a white light. I also seem to fall asleep easier with this light on. I originally bought one for my brother-in-law who has difficulty sleeping and he has Parkinson's stage 5. It seemed to help him. He now sleeps through the night without any issues and wakes up much more alert. I never told him what it was for, I just started using it and he was sleeping much better. I've been using it ever since for about a month and no issues. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I'm marking this down by one star is because one of them that I bought has failed already. But at less than $30 it has done wonders for my brother-in-law and the one I bought for me seems to make it easier for me to sleep. I would recommend this product

Supposedly 670nm is the magic number where the red light will penetrate into your cells and stimulate your mitochondria to improve energy and cell function, as well as things like eyesight. I mostly wanted a red light to reduce melatonin suppression, but figured if I could also give my mitochondria a boost, I might as well. I bought a different brand, and using a cheap spectroscope I discovered that it wasn't 670nm as claimed, so I bought this one. It is spot on at 670nm. It's probably not enough light output for any meaningful boost to the mitochondria, but hey, they didn't lie about the light spectrum, which is refreshing!

I loved this product, but unfortunately, it only lasts one month and then it stop working. I changed the light bulb to different lamps, hoping that it was the lamp that was not working, but that wasn’t the case. It seems that when I try to screw the ball, the top part is detach from what connects to the lamp and he’s just got in circles, but it doesn’t light on.

I tried buying the knock off version of this bulb for half the price, but they're yellow compared to these bulbs. The knock offs also weigh less and power consumption in watts is also less. This bulb feels heavy duty and puts out very nice red colour.

It states that this bulb is dimmable but this is incorrect, for this amount of money I would expect an accurate description!
