I thought my diffuser oil was the problem, turns out it was the reeds.The wooden reeds that came with my diffuser did basically nothing unless you had your nose right up to the bottle. No real scent throw at all.Within about an hour of switching to these natural fiber reeds, the difference was incredible. My living room, guest bedroom, and even my bathroom all filled with fragrance.They include a guide suggesting how many reeds to use based on room size. It recommends around 12 for larger spaces, but I even did 12 for my bathroom because I was skeptical, and realize now I had no reason to be.I’m really glad these came in a 100-pack. I’ve already swapped out reeds in three diffusers and still have about 67 left.Just started using them, so I can’t speak to long-term oil usage yet, but the immediate performance alone makes these worth it.If your diffuser isn’t doing anything, try switching the reeds before giving up on your oil.

Much more effective and diffusing the scent from my diffuser. The reeds that came with the diffuser seemed to be slow or clog, leaving the scent to really only diffuse when I flipped them -- these ones work substantially better, seem to not "clog" like the others did, and are a great value. Perfect upgrade for anyone using a diffuser

These reed sticks are a great affordable option if you enjoy making your own home diffusers. I had several decorative glass bottles and older vases sitting around, and these worked perfectly to turn them into cute custom diffusers instead of buying expensive pre-made ones. The reeds fit nicely, look sleek, and absorb the oil blend without any issues.My only complaint is that they do not seem to distribute fragrance as strongly as I hoped. I used a mix of Roman chamomile, lavender, and carrier oil, and while the reeds absorbed the liquid well, the scent in the room stayed pretty faint even after several days. So if you’re expecting a strong fragrance throw, these may be a little underwhelming.That said, for the price and the ability to repurpose containers I already had at home, I’m still happy with this purchase and would recommend them for light scenting and DIY diffuser projects.

The 4mm made all the difference with oil based verse alcohol. Pulled fragrance immediately and within hour produced a great throw. I was worried initially that I may experience some bleeding of color which I was pleasantly surprised there is no bleeding. The color of reeds are uniformed meaning no variation on the shade of black from one to the next. No splintering on the reeds not even the hair like ones visible.

Not as good as it hoped. Now it could be the sented oils I am using. But won't absorb the scented oils for bathroom to smell good

These work very well, unfortunately with oil diffusers, we become nose blind to smells after a duration of smelling a scent (not smelling it anymore). This is why some products are recieving low reviews on oils and sticks. It is good to have this large quantity of diffuser sticks to constantly change scents in a room to counter-act getting nose blind, so we can enjoy our scents.

FINALLY... reeds that actually work!!I had been tearing my hair out with my homemade reed diffuser, trying to get a decent scent throw... these reeds finally did the trick. Yeah!!

Really made a difference vs the ones that come with diffuser from store. Smell was projecting and last all day and night.
