This laser has been amazing! This is my second WECREAT!! The first one was the 20W Vision. The laser head did fail Premature but it was corrected and refunded. I ordered this one and the power is GREAT!!

Absolute garbage. Worked great for the first few months. Then suddenly their software can't connect to the device even though its physically connected via USB cable. Tried all their troubleshooting tips, there's no problems. The network adapter is there, the port is correct etc. It is just completely bricked and useless at the moment. If you want to spend $2K+ on a giant paperweight, go ahead and waste your money. Completely blown away at this.

This machine is so easy to use and the quality of the cuts and etches are accurate and clear.

Delivery time was too long to my country, about 30 days, but the machine is incredible I hope it was worth the wait

So far it's done what's supposed to do I bought this machine because I needed something that would cut half inch pine or 3/8 in hardwood and so far it's done its job I have a few lasers and I just needed one for this purpose. This is probably the last laser I will buy until I can find one that will laser clear acrylic and do it well. Believe me I looked at a lot of lasers and I bought one that hasn't worked out yet The factory is trying to help me on it so I bought this one to take its place I think it's a good choice

The single poor review here saddens me, as that as laser engraver/cutters go, this is one of the easiest machines I've ever used. For functionality and value for the money, it's pretty hard to beat at the <2000$ range. It's huge - 22x15 is a giant space, and can easily hold half bourbon barrel lids or large pre-made signs from stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. The 45w laser can cut soft 1/2" wood with little issue (See the crow and skull item made in the picture). Engraving is clean. The bundled software is flexible and is growing more so. The team is very responsive to questions, I got a response within 1 day for a question. The build quality is high - the machine feels rigid and strong and isn't likely to have issues. My experience with the 20w version, as a first-run build owner, I think I can say that this machine will stand up. The camera positioning system helps with unique pieces (See the picture of the shield-shaped plaque). The 20w version helped me build a 20k/year craft business and this machine I hope will only expand on it.

Revised my review. Make sure your WiFi uses 2.4G. The laser will not connect to 5G WiFi. The product software would not connect to my 2.4G WiFi as advertised on any of the supported iOS devices. Ended up having to bring an old MacBook back into service just to use the laser. Changing out the laser involves removing four screws. Three of them stripped and had to be taken off with a Dremel. Now I have them finger tight so they can be removed more easily next time. The software for the desktop is miles better than the iOS version and only encountered an occasional issue that a restart of the laser fixed. Giving this three stars now just because the laser works, just not on all the devices it claims to support.
