Highly recommend for starting your weight lifting journey!!
This weight set was perfect for my daughter to begin her weight lifting journey. She "feels the burn" after every workout. She changes out the different weights daily, and doesn't have any problems doing it. We purchased the 70lb option and she uses the barbell, dumbell, and kettlebell. The size is perfect for her. There haven't been any issues, and she feels they are safely secured using them. If you are starting the weight lifting journey, this is the way to go. This is the perfect investment that won't break the bank. My kids tend to change their minds on things, so if my daughter does, I'm not out hundreds of dollars. She even inspired me to give them a shot starting Monday. Highly recommend this set.

Buyer beware!!!
I was REALLY excited about this! It’s missing a tiny part though. One of the stopper things that keeps the plates on the bar. Just one. I was told I cannot only get a new part; I have to return the entire 40lb item if I want a replacement! Missing a couple ounce item and I have to repackage 40lbs. And the box came DESTROYED! Literally destroyed and wrapped in tape to help hold it together so I don’t even have a usable box to return this in! Really bummed. It severely limits how it can be used. No dumbbells for me. I guess I’m going to see if I can just buy the part some other way as I refuse to buy a box to put this in, but buyer BEWARE or be ready to ship it back.
