Does this work on eco tank printers? Epson et-2500

I don't know. I used it on an old Brother printer, which had been a donkey to me, and it worked. What you have is a liqu9id that seems to be able to dissolve or loosen blockages down the pipework from the ink cartridge to the print head, and possibly in the head itself. Whether it will work for you probably depends on whether the pipe in the kit will fit onto the inlet from your cartridge. The instructions which come with the kit are well written in a friendly style, and do refer to Epson. Good luck.

Will this work with UV ink

I have never used UV ink, nor, in fact, have I had need of this product myself, but a friend of mine living in equatorial climes (heat) uses it occasionally and reports it is excellent. It's a recurring problem for her due to the heat in her country. I would imagine it will work for all ink types, but I cannot say for sure

does this work on brother MFCJ6910?

To use this on an Epson you inject the fluid into the print head via a flexible tube attached to a syringe. It also comes with a steel tube. I guess if you can remove the ink cartridge assuming it's an ink jet printer and see where the ink flows into the head it can be used.
