Firstly I really enjoy the flavour though it took me a little while to get used to. As a preworkout I think it's a fantastic product. I experimented with the dose and found that one scoop was enough for a regular workout just to give that little extra focus and push. 2 scoops on the other hand was mind blowing and had the adrenaline really rushing through my body giving me a massive extra push and an almost new found strength. I found 2 scoops to be a little to strong so I found a happy medium which is 1 and a half scoops which give me that huge boost im looking for without over doing it. I think this is alot better than my previous pre workout because is offers better effects at lower doses and the added creatine really helps with strength work. It also quite easily lasts for a solid 2 hour session with some to spare. Overally, really happy with the product. I will definately be buying again and will recommend this to friends. Thanks!

I received this Saturday and tried it for the 1st time Sunday I'm 52 years of age and have just got back into the gym 6 weeks ago after a lengthy lay off due to surgery on both shoulders but am making really good progress. I searched for a "pre workout" and scoured the reviews as some I have tried in the past have been crap! At my age I have found that a little assistance goes a long way as I like to train hard but over a short period of time. I took one and a half scoops in about 200ml of water and it mixed very well without it being grainy in any way and tasted good, not overly sweet so didn't taste sickly in anyway, i drank it probably about 30 mins before lifting the first weights and felt it go to work fairly rapidly, definitely had a good workout and pump and didnt tire or feel fatigued. All in all does what it says on the tub and will definitely be reordering. Many thanks Tony
