The scale on mine is slightly off but consistent, so it's not a big deal. I use a digital scale to set it the first time for each weight and sometimes have to add a gram or two, but when I go back to that setting, it remains perfect. I use this machine for bagging coffee and it saves me hours of time each day and is worth its weight in gold. I do wish it had a better foot pedal, but the one with it is acceptable. I will be buying another one soon since our flavored coffee sales are growing as well. I chose this brand because I have a smaller 100g one that I use for filling K-Cups, and it has been a huge timesaver as well.

Completely useless for any powders. Not worth a buy at all. Works ok for whole bean coffee thought. Also, instructions video and text are wrong. You need to remove 3 red screws to make the weight work. Otherwise it fails.

Even though there was not any good directions on use, I was able to figure it out. Make sure you have a bucket underneath the release spout until you have the machine figured out, I learned the hard way and spilled a lot on the floor. The red preset weight button needs to be the same number as the yellow weight button, so that you get your correct preset weight. If its different you have to hit stop, clear, and start again. I recommend the slow output as well. I use it for powder and load around 50lbs into the hopper which seems to struggle on weighing it out to my preset weight, but after a couple of discharges and sometimes stirring it , it will then work perfect. I am happy with my purchase and will probably purchase more....p.s.. I also taped a plastic cone to the dispensing end so that it fit my product packaging better.

Machine was much smaller than expected. And it dispenses really low. You'll have to place it on a table so you don't hurt your back. However in so doing, it becomes difficult to fill because it is so tall. That being said, for how inexpensive this machine is it's absolutely a great value! If you're starting out, I highly recommend this. It works great and has no problems while speeding up production significantly. It's definitely plug and play and easy to use.

For the money this machine is FANTASTIC!!!! So good that we bought 2. Can't get anything like it in the price range.

I bought this device for packing 12oz bags of whole bean coffee. I can now bag at least double what I was bagging before in the same time. (i can probably hit 100-120 bags an hour) Its not always the most accurate within 1-5 grams. So i run it with a scale next to it and a conveyor belt sealer, but even with the scale it is well worth the money, has already paid itself back in time saved. You just have to adjust the feed door slot and play with the speed of deliver to get it to deliver consitstently.
