Must have
I've been using Boldfit Resistance Bands for a few weeks now and I'm impressed with their quality and effectiveness. The different resistance levels provide a challenging workout, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility. The bands are well-made and feel sturdy, and the included accessories are a nice bonus. However, I did find the carrying case to be a bit flimsy. Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend Boldfit Resistance Bands to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable way to get a great workout at home.

Highly recommend it.
Was happy with the quality when I bought it.However, not even 2 months or so down the line, the orange ( named red in the product description)theraband suddenly snapped into two! Very disappointing since quality now poses a question mark!

Worst service.
Band is ok for the price range but not good quality. Along with band they provided one QR code on how to use the band. But if we scan it then it will show the error that the QR code is not valid👎🏼👎🏼. Worst service. I will never buy again from boldfit. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
