The point of keto is to not just reduce carb, but keep the fat ratio high. Meaning, reduced fat is not an advantage to keto, high/regular fat is. So?

As a 3 year strick clean keto eater, Protein is the goal not high fat. Fat is a lever. More fat will give you fuel and keep you from burning body fat and will help to keep you satiated. But protein does a better job keeping you satiated and giving you nutrients. The goal of keto is to be a fat burner not just eat a ton of fat. These are a favorite keto snack of mine.

why does the bag show 8 ounces and not 2.5 ounces?

The 4 bags I received are not 8 ounces each but are 2.5 ounces each. Maybe it's an old graphic?

Why does it say "not a significant source of protein" if there are 11 grams of protein in a 14 gram serving?

Pork rinds are not a complete protein. I believe they only contain 8 of the 9 essential amino acids, which makes it not a significant source of protein.
