Great Product
Great product. After discovering I have the MTHFR variant, I started taking this supplement and noticed an immediate improvement in my overall health. I was surprised by how much of an impact methylfolate had on my lower GI tract. I also experienced no issues with digestibility. The cost is very reasonable also.

Support For Blood Clot Formation?
I have been on blood thinning medication (Xarelto) on and off for the last 4 years, due to getting pulmonary embolisms and the formation of DVT’s. I Ordered 5-MTFH (and also stopped eating bread and other products fortified with folic acid) after reading about the way it processes folic acid and the possibility of it preventing blood clot formation. It’s been 3 months I have been off of Xarelto and hoping I am off of blood thinners forever, however monitoring closely. So far, so good!

Manufacturer might want to emphasize quality control before shipping
Unfortunately the item arrived in my previous shipment with 1 broken capsule. So I received 59 of 60 capsules. Haven't opened the bottle yet from my current shipment, but hope all capsules are intact.

Not great for me caused me headaches
It’s a good product but the combination of methylated folate with magnesium glycinate doesn’t work for me, it gives me a headache in the morning since I take it before bed as they instructed. I tried multiple months and the result it’s day is the same.

Fabulous product that ACTUALLY works…
I’ve been using it now for 10 days, I’ve seen a marked improvement in sleep score and recovery score via my Ultrahuman (health monitor wearable) app and of course personally. With the addition of some magnesium it is really helping stabilise my sleep and then of course mood. No discernible difference on digestion but cognitive function/alertness sharper and feel more energised. I had a 10X Health Precision Genetics test which hi-lighted my genetic issue and the need for MTHFR. Super pleased these are now available in the UK.
