I bought this in October 2024 and it stopped working. Advice how to send it back to you to get this fixed

Used it for the first time today. So far so good. So I thought I would go back on amazon and order another one for my son. Managed to get it cheaper from another shop on here. But my sons has come with a blade cover and a cup cover which is so much better. I wish I hadn't used mine now and sent it back as the one I bought for my son was far a better deal. Hay i guess you live and learn !!

Works great for one use Battery does not last even when charging after use.

I already own two Ninja blenders with 24oz cups that I use at least once every day, so I was excited to try this smaller one to keep in the rv. For the first time ever, I found myself actually angry about a purchase. It is really cute, not heavy, which is great for rv’s, and was easy to charge, once I found a charger block since it only came with a really short usb-c cable. Really short as in if a canister is under the outlet, the cord doesn’t reach the blender. It charged quickly so I decided to try a small protein shake. Warning: before you try, know that you cannot remove the cup from the base when filled - the cup does not have a bottom other than the blender. More on that later. I thought the blade being in the bottom of the cup would help. I added some ice, almond milk, cream, and a partial scoop of powder. For a moment I received the status code for ice blocked but I turned it over and pushed the button again and it cleared. It quickly, and somewhat quietly finished the job. In fact, so quietly that I didn’t believe the ice was actually crushed. The drink was really smooth, but near the bottom, since the blender base is still attached to the cup, it was sort of difficult to tilt or shake to get the thick drink near the blades to slide to the drink opening. I finally gave up trying to drink the last of the shake. Having a flip top lid (have to push in a button to release) is good to prevent accidental spills or leaks. The rubber part that inserts into the sip opening can have bits of shake on it to slide off, so watch for that. I got annoyed at having to precisely push the button to flip the lid back when my other blender cups can just thumb flip the cover back. The handle could be handy. I think I would feel really weird carrying around a blender base in public when I carry my morning frappe with me. What kind of freak takes her blender with her? Overall, surprised and impressed with how it blends, the weight, and the size. After washing it (cup removes but blade is fixed to base), I doubt I will bother using it again. Yes, it would be convenient for travel, but I truly expected a better experience from Ninja. In addition to feeling angry about buying it, I also feel guilty because I’ve never given a somewhat negative review. I may be spoiled by my other Ninja blenders (and air fryer), but I feel like buyers will be happier if they know what to expect.
