Worst product, it did not last for even a minute. First I get a product without the string upon replacement I get a product which did not last long. The moment the string was pulled to play it stuck and did not close in. Tried to fix but no use .

I am very disappointed with this tennis trainer kit. The product is defective as the hook button is not working at all, making it unusable. I purchased this for my daughter, but unfortunately, it does not serve its purpose. I request you to kindly arrange a replacement at the earliest. Please ensure that the replacement product is properly checked before dispatch.
