The fit is nice and comfortable. I like the satin against my eyes. The mask heats up very quickly and it very soothing. Its super easy to charge. I like that there are two shells. I can use one and them my husband uses the other one. The strap is easily adjustable for his head vs mind. That makes it super easy for us to both use when needed. I like that there are three different levels of heat. Personally, the lowest level is best for me. Its nice that it turns off automatically, so that I don't need to worry when I fall asleep with it on. Overall this is a great mask. It provides the comfort and relief that is needed.

I bought this in October, 2025. At first, it worked fine, and I would get 3 15 minute sessions on a charge. Over the last 3 months, it has only held enough charge for 1 15 minute session, and over the last 1 month or so, it has only worked for 10 minutes. I admit that my eyes are feeling much better, but the endurance of this product is not what I was expecting. I wouldn't buy it again. Update 8/30/2026 After reading my review, customer support reached out to me, and were lovely. They have told me that they are going to replace my defective eye mask at no cost to me. I really appreciate their assistance. Good customer support is hard to come by these days, so this was refreshing. I have updated my rating from 3 to 4 stars, and if this new mask works well, I'll be happy to bump my star rating to a 5, as it has really helped my dry eyes.
