It's not a wonder 'universal solution to all needs' product. It has limitations, but it's good enough within those limitations. 1. It's not really a shaver, it's a trimmer. The shaving capability is not very good. I've tried with dry, wet, shave foam, shave gel, shaving cream - and in the best case it gives a shave that's approximately like 12 hours after a shave using a razor. The plus point is no nicks or cuts. 2. As a body/underarm trimmer, it's great. It gives a close trim, no nicks etc, no hair pulling, even if used without any attachment. Ear and nose is also fine, till wherever you can reach. 3. For the pubic area, please DO NOT try without the sensitive areas attachment - this is from first hand experience. With the attachment it's completely comfortable, but obviously it won't trim absolutely close to the skin. Overall, a value for money product as long as you expect a good trimmer only. As a shaver, it's not even close to a razor.

Bought the Philips OneBlade thinking I was paying for a premium grooming product. Turns out I basically subscribed to buying overpriced blades forever. I bought the entire trimmer kit for around ₹1560, and now Philips wants almost ₹1400 for just TWO replacement blades. That is absolutely ridiculous. The replacement blades are nearly the cost of the whole device itself. If I had known the maintenance cost beforehand, I would never have bought this trimmer. And the funniest part is the “2 year warranty.” Sounds great until you realize the one thing that actually wears out — the blade — is conveniently not covered. So they advertise long warranty periods while the consumable part becomes useless in a few months and costs a fortune to replace. The advertised “4 month” blade life also feels extremely misleading unless you barely have facial hair. For regular users, performance drops fast. The blade starts pulling hair, trimming unevenly, and requiring multiple passes. Meanwhile, normal trimmers from other brands have self-sharpening blades that last years without forcing you into this expensive replacement cycle. The OneBlade itself works fine when new, but the business model behind it feels exploitative. Cheap handle, insanely overpriced consumable blades. Feels less like buying a trimmer and more like buying into a razor cartridge trap.

Excellent quality, safe to use

Product quality is good but preciseness is not as expected not precisely removing hairs and battery backup is also not good enough as mentioned 30min but actually it feels less and motor speed is also not consistent even after charging. चार्ज करने के बाद भी स्पीड एक समान नहीं लगती शेविंग करते समय बीच में मंदी हो जाती है।

So, I typically use a safety razor on my face, but when it comes to shaving my scalp, that can often lead to cuts that heal in a few days, but in the meantime I have a very visible head wound. Not ideal. This solves all of that. With no guard, I can easy and safely shave my head. Additionally, trimming my beard and goatee is a lot easier with this. And, it also works well (and safely!) for any “manscaping” you want/need. It comes with two blade heads, complete with travel covers, and I’ve read that they can last a few months to year before needing replacement. (Probably depends on hair density and thickness.) My only wish would be for a standard charging cable instead of a proprietary one. But if I don’t lose it, I’m good!
