Ok, so I'm a shortie. I am 4.11. My last chair was a VERY expensive chair that my husband purchased. It was supposed to be super comfortable, but it wasn't for someone my height. The lumbar support hit in the wrong spot and it curved my back and shoulders uncomfortably. It also didn't get tall enough for me to comfortably work at my desk. I was very nervous about buying another chair, but did my research. I am a work from home lady who spends most of her day in this chair. So, it was super important it be comfortable. The cushion is firm, but quite hefty, the arms are very comfortable to use as well. I love that they move with the reclining of the back. The head rest doesn't get quite as low as I'd like, but....I'm SHORT! However, the lumbar sits right, and I can't get enough of the foot rest. I'm one who likes to sit with my knees up, and this allows me to do that VERY comfortably. I've now been in this chair for 6 hours. I have 2.5 more before I can get up, and I'm in no pain, very comfortable, and love that I can fidget in this thing and not worry about falling over. The only con I have is the lumbar support pillow should be a bit bigger. But, it's well worth the money. My kids and my husband have now decided they all need one too. Oh, and it being breathable and not leather?! That was a pro for me. I have cats, and the leather gets shredded no matter what I do. I usually have to hid it with a cover, but this chair won't have that problem, and I doubt they'd even try to get up on the back of it. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!

I really like this chair in every way except the headrest. Its sooo awkward. Idk if I just have like a short torso or something, im a 5'0 female, so maybe im not tall enough for the chair. But regardless, the angle of the headrest is just so awkward and doesn't feel comfortable at all. I couldnt sit upright in the chair without my back hurting w the headrest because i couldnt lay by back flat against the chair if that makes sense. I actually just have it removed, and it's better that way. Other than that, the chair is amazing. Super comfortable seating, the leg rest is stable enough, and little things I took for granted before like the cushion armrests are great too. The size is great too, like just the right amount of space for me.

I’ve had this chair for two years now and I honestly love it it was really easy to put together. I think it is for smaller people I’m 5’4 and fit comfortably in it. The only thing I’ve had trouble with is this back piece keeps coming out it’s purely aesthetic but still annoying

Comfortability - 6.8/10: chair recline range was good and cushions were decent Cleanliness/Upkeep - 5/10: Pillow/fabric collects dust and dirt pretty easily even if it's black Durability - 4/10: arm rest bolt/screw kept coming out despite tightening numerous times, main reason I swapped to a different chair

Can't believe how easy this was to put together. Since it was together I FELL IN LOVE!! The foot rest can be used in so many ways. The ease of how this leans back to your comfort level, the adjustable headrest and lumbar pillow. I often lean back and kick my foot rest all the way out and lay the chair back and nap at my office! When I am not napping I do lots of data entry and I get unfortable sitting for long periods of time... this helps with being able to pull the foot rest out and tuck it back into the chair making a platform for me to be able to rest my leg on or to pull my leg up. i have an older desk and this still works with it. the height and the length of the footrest. My husband has tried to steal my chair from my corner so looks like we will be getting him one soon too. The ONLY down sides I have to this is that it does get dirty easy (it you can usually wipe everything off pretty simple) and the lever for the raise and lower is super close to the back lock on setting up straight or being able to lean back so watch what you grab cause you could be on the floor instead of leaned back.
