Shintenchi 42" Buffet Cabinet with Storage, Kitchen Barn Door Cabinet

I ordered 2 of these because I needed a narrow short cabinet for books etc. it worked out great for the price. All of the pieces were there and everything went together pretty easily.

Ready to assemble. Incredibly durable materials. Exactly what my small space needed for extra storage. Counter top is beautiful. The drawers work incredibly well, the drawers are smaller in size than expected but they do the trick! Value is affordable and still looks authentic and high end... it also fits perfectly into my kitchen area. Doors open and close easy and securely... isn't too heavy, but has decent weight to show the quality! Great find!

I was looking to add a small peninsula to fill the space around my stove and give me some extra workspace and the measurements on this were perfect! I had originally ordered contact paper to cover the top since I wasn’t sure I would like the light wood design but it is gorgeous in person and not like the cheap looking early 2000’s wood laminate so I may just leave it as it kind of compliments other aspects of my kitchen well. It was incredibly simple to put together and took me maybe an hour or so to get it done and it came together far better than I expected. It’s pretty sturdy and currently holds my ninja double oven which is on the heavier side of countertop appliances so that’s a plus. The dual drawers were a little less deep than I expected (working space is about 11in deep) but not really a problem for my uses. Overall it’s a gorgeous piece at a great price and I am super happy with the functionality and design.

Very well made cabinet! It was easy to put together. It really offers more storage than expected, it gave me an out of the way junk drawer and perfect drawer for my ziplock storage tray. The color was exactly as showed. My 10 year old granddaughter complimented the cabinet. Great cabinet for the price and it blends in with my kitchen very well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to do kitchen redecorating.

Super happy with this purchase. Its got a great look and hold all my linens and towels. The two drawers have very flimsy bottoms so you cant hold too much weight in them but im still very satisfied.

Every piece was in good shape and they fit together perfectly. The predrilled holes lined up. The instruction were clear and easy to follow, although they were in diagrams. I was able to put this together without help and I'm an old woman.

It *does require assembly! I psyched myself up and i could have finished it in a leisurely afternoon but I went slowly, read & re-read instructions, lol It has turned out lovely and suits my needs precisely! I'm in an apartment with a small kitchen but it looks like it was made to be here🥰 Highly, highly recommended!!

I feel like the previous reviewers MUST be lying. It wasn’t difficult to put together, but it did take longer than I anticipated. It gets one star for the color being true to the pics shown on Amazon and no missing pieces. The reason for the low review is for 3 main reasons: 1. It’s made of incredibly cheap material! Oh my gosh. I know I cannot put anything a tad bit heavy on it bc it’s definitely not sturdy! 2. Some of the screws on the bottom (middle 4) do not screw in tight. It didn’t matter how many times I redid it, it never fully tightened. 3. The doors aren’t even. The left one sits higher and the middle and right one look aligned. These click in, so it’s not something that I did or can fix. Other things to point out, the left drawer (bigger one) doesn’t close smoothly l like the right one does. It’s a bit snug. The drawer slides were pre-assembled, so it wasn’t something I could fix. There were a few scuff marks on the side, but not visible because of where I placed the cabinet. For about $125, this is a hard pass. Find something better. The price point doesn’t match the value. I would say this is worth $40 max if you’re willing to look past the cheap material and you’re willing to take a chance on using it even though it has loose screws.
