Is it a pure sine wave?

No.this one is modified sine wave. we have 4000Watt pure sine wave inverter

After a few days of use, this inverter only has 80 volts AC at the output. how can I solve it?

Did you test the AC voltage by true RMS tester ? Read the manual, you will know that only true RMS meter will get the correct output voltage, because this is a modified sine wave inverter.
