Sony WCH20 Inductive Charger for Wireless Charging in Portrait or Landscape Format Black

I bought this from Amazon (not a reseller on Amazon). It was not clear on the product page that Amazon meant "Amazon EU Sarl", although I'm not sure I'd have realised that meant anything. But it means that this doesn't come with a UK plug, it comes with a European plug. Since the USB cord is separate I can plug it into other plugs, but can't help feel it's an important point Amazon should be listing, especially given the price of the charger (over £70 currently).Onto the product, there's some nice stuff. The two way orientation, positioning of the charging light and the fitting of the base are great. BUT the stand is let down by two key flaws! The size, it's so big compared to other wireless chargers. And the noise! It is so loud when charging! My guess is that the "heat control" mentioned in the Sony specs is just a big fan taking up most of the overly large case. But the noise is such that I can't leave the phone charging on my bedside while sleeping, and videos require the sound turning up to compensate.It also doesn't work particularly well with the official cover Sony have for the XZ2. In either orientation the phone cover swings open, which blurs the screen... Meaning it's not useful for watching videos.Honestly for a cheaper price this would be much less of an issue, but there are many better chargers on Amazon. Just make sure you read the reviews so you get one you can trust!

Diese induktive Ladestation ist was tolles, sie funktioniert auch nach einem Jahr noch tadellos. Einen kleinen Manko hat sie jedoch. Wer nur im stillen Kämmerlein schlafen kann, sollte das Handy auf dieser Station in einem anderen Raum laden, da diese ein surren von sich gibt. Klingt wie ein mini Lüfter. Da es mich nicht stört, ist es die perfekte Alternative um die Ladebuchse des Handys nicht versehentlich kaputt zu machen.

Charge le téléphone rapidement (je ne m'attendais pas à ça) très simple d'utilisation, le téléphone chauffe un peu plus qu'avec un chargeur classic, ravi de mon achat.

Il pacco è arrivato puntuale e ben fatto. Il prodotto si presenta robusto e molto bello esteticamente. Presente una presa al quale si collega il cavo usb type-C, il cavo type-C e il modulo wireless con una base magnetica da posizionare ai lati (lungo o corto a seconda se si vuole tenere il cellulare in modo verticale o orizzontale). La presa con attacco usb è ad alta velocità di carica. Una volta posizionato il cellulare sulla base magnetica si accende un led bianco che indica la posizione corretta e l'inizio della carica. Unico difetto riscontrato, ma presente su tutti i caricatori wireless da me provati, è un ronzio in fase di ricarica.

Il prodotto è indubbiamente di ottima fattura, e fa egregiamente il suo dovere. Di certo non è comparabile con altri analoghi tutti cinesi. Lo stile sony si vede. Tuttavia segnalo due aspetti che gli sono costati due stelle:1) Il prezzo. Il prezzo era evidente e, ovvio, noto prima dell'acquisto. Mi sarei aspettato forse qualcosa di ancor più robusto per quella cifra, e con materiali più nobili della semplice plastica.2)) Il RONZIO ! Quando carica il cellulare fa rumore come una mosca ... o quasi. Io lo avevo comprato per trasformare il cellulare in una sveglia da comodino (tenendolo in modalità aereo). Beh, scordatevelo, a meno che non abbiate un sonno di pietra (o siate un po' sordi). Credevo fosse più silenzioso ...
