Best neckband
Really good. The best neckband I have got. Really good battery life. Literally lasted for 2 hours in just 2 minutes of charging. Sound quality is also really good. Strong magnets and good physical build.

Even though it stopped working within an year, boat replaced with a new one instead of repairing
I primarily use it for telephonic conversation and the sound is clear and loud. Bluetooth range is pretty good and stable. however after 6-7 months of use,it was damaged. I visited local service center and logged complain. They didnt turn up to pick it up from my address. I kept patience, revisted service center after a month and explained i need a help to fix it. They acknowledge the miss, made me go through paper works and within 7 days, Boat shipped a new headphone to me. Happy how they honored client requirement...

Pls read this message before you bought this product
Very very bad and poor product. I bought this product then left side head is damaged before one month.Then the company provided another same product after complaint registered in service centre. But it couldn't use more days.. becouse it is not charging properly. So I kept it in my waste basket..i will have to try to claim as warrenty this product again..

All Good, Except Mic
I purchased this 6 months ago. The sound is good. Battery life is quite long. Automatic bluetooth connection with multiple devices gives it an edge. My overall experience is good. Except the mic - which is near useless. The speaking experience is compromised. I cannot use the device for meetings/calls, neither at public space nor in quiet office room. The mic is just useless. So, I would not suggest you to go for the device if you are looking for communication purpose. If you are using it solely for listening, you can think of this considering the price and sound quality. I would have gifted this. I would've recommended it to many but it still has scope of improvement so I am resistant to share about this. Hopefully, bOAt will work on this

Stopped working within 1 month, got replacement
Quality and sound of the product looked really good.. but episodes of sudden grainy interference sound with disconnection started happening after 2 weeks.. and product stopped working completely within a month.. Applied for online warranty.. the process took about 10-12 days.. Same colour product was not available.. since I was satisfied with the quality of the product got another colour instead of asking for a refund.. received replacement few days back and working well so far..
