Eargasm has awesome customer service once I got in touch with them! I had to use the "ask the seller a question" feature but that at least started a dialogue with them. Something was messed up with their inventory and I kept getting sent the wrong connector cord color, I notified Eargasm and they sent me the correct one for free directly!The cord itself is fantastic, worked great during a punk show! Hoping it'll hold up with time but we'll see!

It’s really not that hard to get this on if you look at how the ear plugs are designed. The videos aren’t helpful, that’s true. So just figure it out on your own (wild concept, I know). I get weird looks when I use this but it’s worth it to not lose my earplugs (again).

I’m not sure “clarity” is their biggest strength. They’re good but the sound is still muddy.

Bought for my son to use at festivals. He is very pleased with them and said they were just what he needed to block out sound.

If you read the listing, then watch the video, you'll notice that the company gives COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SETS OF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. The video says one thing (and doesn't show it up close), and the listing says something completely different (and basically the complete opposite). On top of this, the listing also mentions "snap the magnetic closure into place" - what?! This thing has no magnets!I tried for 20 minutes installing this thing in both ways the listing said, and then in several others I improvised, and nothing actually allows the cord to stay on the earplugs while also allowing the earplugs to fit snugly enough to actually block sound. Terrible, terrible design.

I love this!! I always lose my earplugs… I think I’m on my 7th pair now. But these have made it so easy to remove (when talking or in between sets) and not have to worry about having them in my hands or putting them back in the case. Especially in long festivals where they consistently go on and off. I love the clear ones “glow in the dark ones” bc they’re not too noticeable…. Not super glow in the dark tho? But maybe I haven’t put them under the sun enough.Attached are photos on how they look on! It was also difficult to shove them in my current cases but I know they also have bigger cases for sale.

Worth it definitely worked if I didnt get this i would of wasted more getting another pair
