We bought this camera to help keep an eye on my MIL, who has Alzheimer's. It was super easy to set up and everyone in the family can access it through the App if needed. The quality of the video is great too, daytime and nighttime. We are so impressed that we are going to get another one to put in a different area of the house to help us keep an eye on what is happening, especially since we are at the point of needing more help than family can provide.We opted to pay for the cloud service, but it also gives the option to use a mini USB.I definitely recommend this camera for the price and quality, I don't think you could find anything better.

Camera works perfectly, but it does no come with a micro SD card. you have to purchase one separately.I think the micro SD card should be provided.

No battery, so plug into the wall &it is on, unplug it an it is off. You need a small memory chip formatted FAT or use the app to reformat the chip. It eaisier to buy a chip sizeed and formatted. I believe the largest chip you can use is a 128.My wife is in Hospic sobIbuse it to monitor at night & is I want to step out for a few minutes. I use preselected positioning . Connectivity flows seamlessly between my internet and the what do you think Apt building internet. I have to select mobile hot pot each time I start g out f I want to view the screen between those two network but then access flows between the 2 networks & my ho spot on my phone in my pocket, Then I can take a walk in her park if I want . Night vision is grea, Really a good black & white movie. I can log on & monitor at night On suggestion give me a way to lock out the siren. Accidently setting of the siren at 2 am does not make me popular in the apt but would shear the hell ouv of a thief.

Whatever you do do t put your cc in to use this camera. Even after it said 100% free. Itd not. It prompted to for my cc after saying it was free and now it's taken so much money and I've been fighting with the bank. And the company will answer for anything. I had to get a new bank card to stop them from taking money every 28 days. Poor!! Don't recommend
