At first it is a little surprising, but I ended up preferring it because it gives better control and grip when you are scrubbing. As expected, it is not waterproof, so your hand will get wet. That is normal for this type of product. The elastic wrist helps keep it in place, and it stayed on well while I was using it. You get two in the pack, which is nice. I only use one at a time, but having a backup is always useful. So far, I am very happy with it. I have only used it a few times, so I cannot speak to long-term durability yet, but I will update if anything changes.
