Good product, does the job, light and easy to use. It is brilliant for steam cleaning with attachments. Only problem is the steam finishes quickly so although very good for small rooms/areas but for bigger areas, have to keep waiting till it gathers steam again. It is of good quality, efficient cleaning and value for money.

It is a good product. After awhile stops, slightly water coming through. Really helps to clean chimney and kitchen.

A steam cleaner was on my shopping wish list for long, I researched enough and then decided to buy this, I am glad I choose this and not local/ cheaper options.. Build is sturdy Steam quality and pressure is good Results are fantastic - Used it for Windows, floors, bathroom, wooden flooring, got wonderful results Glass cleaning accessory and Garment steamer accessory doesn’t comes in the package - had to buy separately. garment steamer is not available in India - hoping they start selling in India soon!! Overall brilliant product who want to do on their own and are aware of what proven brands offer!!

Steamer works well I used for car cleaning it's good for interior cleaning and AC cleaning but for engine bay cleaning it's not suitable for exterior cleaning it's not worthy prci also too much expensive .

It's a good cleaner if you want to cleanwith steam. Doesn't make it better than cleaning with chemicals. Need to wait for 8 minutes for steam to come out on full water

Superb machine for domestic use. People with allegies or who want chemical free clean go for it.

Nice and useful product. Sufficient steam pressure to clean any type of hard surface. A little pricey.

This is a great product, I did buy some extras for it-the window steamer/small nozzle, it in the short time Ive owned it it has 1) totally cleaned my bathroom/shower so it looks like new 2) totally cleaned my kitchen-all its surfaces and floor 3) cleaned the inside of my oven which had not been cleaned for over a year-looks like new. Its great with floors as it cleans with steam, but leaves little damp. Would recommend extra of the covers for the mop and accessory-they are pricey from the manufacture-got some much cheaper ones from amazon (if which there are many) and they are fine. Lastly, you need to follow the instructions for refilling it-unless you have emptied the remaining steam, unplugged it and put the switch back to close-it wont let you open the fill up point-its safety. You can change tool with the switch set to steam-not a great thing to do as if you touch the trigger-out will come steam!

Apart from the fact that this is what I could afford to buy at the time, it is a great buy. Easy yo use, cleans floor, bathtub, basin, walls, shower walls and glass, fridge, cupboards. I love it. I bought separate pads for kitchen tops.

Over the last 4 years, I've owned four steam mops, one from Bissell, another from Morphy Richards, both of which had to be replaced under guarantee. Both replacement machines went on to fail again. Basically, they weren't fit for purpose. Initially, I wasn't too keen to purchase the Karcher machine because it looked cumbersome and some reviews suggested it left the floor wet. However, it's a great machine. Yes it's cumbersome but it doesn't leave the floor any wetter than my other purchases. Importantly, it does a brilliant job. It's easy to use and leaves surfaces really clean. Additionally, it's not just a floor mop, it cleans tiles and many other household areas. It's also really sturdy and well built. I don't usually post reviews but this machine deserves to be positively promoted.

A great brand perhaps, but they are selling items that are less than perfect as after 6months of very moderate use (steam cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors) I heard a pop sound when I switched it on and it started leaking everywhere. Now I have to get it fixed on my own account. Looking at the return policy I realized that they give one month to return. Although that is illegal in SA - it should have a warranty of at least 6 months. So beware.
