I don't know. I wasn't under water when put it on.

What is the best way to clean my garden sprayer afterwards? Seems that my nozzle is clogged.

Add hot water and pump, spray. If that does not work take sprayer apart and clean head with hot water and if necessary an old toothbrush to get out remaining residue.

Can I use my Graco airless paint sprayer to apply this?

I see no reason why you can't as it's a water based coating.
