This works on 12 and 24 volt DC systems , it will provide the voltage that its hooked to . So if your attached to a 12 volt battery it provides 12 volts, it also has a resettable 15 amp circuit breaker and a ground lead for testing components. Best tool I ever bought and have using for 20 years!
