Excellent product. The Magnesium and B12 are game changers. Maintains energy levels when extended fasting. Not taking above the recommended 2 servings per day. Good work by manufacturer. This is an actually useful and functional hydration mix.

Really good source of hydration
This one has worked wonders for me ! Keeps me hydrated during workout without resting in unnecessary blood glucose level surge. I'm a type 2 diabetes patient and working out is really important for me but last few weeks I've been feeling dehydrated and getting cramps during my workouts.
