Well made , connectors make it easier as they snap fit the cables. Can be a bit fiddly with multiple cables in the box. 3 sizes of cable grommets. Wall fixings supplied also. The cover screws are tiny so be careful not to drop them . Looks like it will stand up to lots of water but not tested it.

Untested long term as yet but seems to be a well made product so no reason to doubt it will keep the water out Good that it comes with various gland sizes, spanner and ferrels

Good junction box but I didn’t get on with the lever connection boxes, I had to use old fashioned screw down connectors.

I don't normally write reviews but I'm really so impressed with this stuff. I've been wiring over 40 years and had to make do with bad designs of outdoor junction boxes (glands not fitting correctly, lock nuts having no room to be used in the fitting etc) and in no way totally waterproof... Especially when the sun gets at them and makes them brittle. Not so with these (so far) They seal correctly even capable of handling armoured cable.... They look and feel really well made. Some of the photos on amazon don't do them justice.... My most recent purchase didn't show all the necessaries that came inside mine as you can see from the photo. For the price, quality, ease of use and weatherproofing of these fittings I won't be getting any other types for a long tíme... Well done to all who designed these.

This is a pretty good product, especially for the money. I'm not a qualified electrician, though, and I'd be careful with anything used for a permanent outdoor installation. For temporary jobs – Christmas lights in my case – it seems fine. It's strong and rigid enough to screw to a wall as long as the surface is flat. Sealing is great with cables around 7–8 mm diameter and using the smallest of the three sleeves. Silicone grease helps when pushing the cables through. I'm not convinced it would be easy to seal much thinner cables (I think they claim 4 mm). Thicker ones would be fine with the larger sleeves. The screws holding the lid on are self-tappers, so you might not want to take the lid off too many times. The gasket has one flat side and one ridged side, so after dropping it I had to guess which way up it should go. Only two 3-way connectors were supplied, which isn't enough if you want to avoid pushing two conductors into one hole. I used three 3-way Wago connectors instead.

It seems like a decent piece of kit; the seals appear to be of good quality, but time will tell.

Well packaged delivered on time looks the part but not used yet.
