Outstanding product, feels exceptionally good in the hand
I received the mouse today. I plugged it in and it worked perfectly from the start. I had to adjust the speed of the pointer and that was it. It easily scrolls through page after page with a little or no effort. It feels very good in the hand and after using it all day I notice I don't have that pain in my wrist that had just grown used to. All in all, I would highly recommend the mouse for anyone wanting to change from the old fashioned flat type mouse.

LOVE but wish it was USB rechargeable
Let me start by saying that my mouse saga began when my boyfriend generously purchased an iMac for me as a gift. It came with the Mac mini keyboard and the Mac "magic mouse". I didn't like either one. The keyboard was too small and the touch of the keys was uncomfortable. As for the "magic mouse", while I can certainly see how some could love it, as my boyfriend does, I found it annoying and difficult to use. Additionally, I have onset Osteoarthritis, so hand comfort/ergonomics is of the utmost importance. And so my mouse saga began. My first purchase (always on Amazon) was the "TECKNET Ergonomic Mouse, Rechargeable Vertical Ergo Mouse Wireless, Silent 2.4GHz 6 Buttons Optical Carpal Tunnel Mouse, 5 Adjustment Levels, Up to 4800DPI Wireless Mouse for Laptop, Desktop - White." After I received this mouse, I realized I failed to note certain details when reading about this mouse, especially the fact that, although wireless, it isn't Bluetooth. It only works when utilizing the USB receiver. Ugh! Back it goes and on to more Amazon shopping. My second purchase was the "Logitech Lift Vertical Ergonomic Mouse, Wireless, Bluetooth or Logi Bolt USB receiver, Quiet clicks, 4 buttons, compatible with Windows/macOS/iPadOS, Laptop, PC - Off White." This mouse worked very well and was comfortable. However, once again I realized I had missed a detail in reading about this mouse. Although it is Bluetooth, It is not USB rechargeable. It runs on one AA battery. I loved the feel of the mouse, especially the rubber grip, so I decided to hold off on sending it back until I found a replacement. My third purchase was the "Kysona 57° Ergonomic Wireless Rechargeable Mouse, Vertical Quiet Ergo Mouse, RGB Light, Bluetooth(BT5.0,BT3.0)&2.4G, (800/1200/2400/2400/4000), 7 Buttons for Windows, macOS, iPadOS, Laptop, PC,White." Although this mouse was Bluetooth and USB rechargeable, I didn't like the way it fit my hand, nor was the scrolling/swiping as good as mouse #2.In conclusion, despite needing to run on an AA battery, I decided to stick with the Tecknet mouse. I have very small hands. Not only is the fit perfect, but as I mentioned before, the rubber grip adds an extra level of comfort. Also, as I mentioned before the scrolling/swiping is perfect for my needs.

Gave me 3 arthritic fingers!
This is my first Amazon review since I became a member more than 10 years ago, meaning that this mouse is so bad, detrimental to health to the extent that I am compelled to report and let others know about the danger of using this product. I bought this mouse because I have small hands and someone recommended it stating it's a perfect fit to her small hand. So, I bought it on May 1, this year.First off, this mouse is pretty heavy, so burdens my hand when I move it around. Speaking of its design, it's pretty bulky and poorly made, so when you use fingers (thumb, index and the middle finger), you really need to apply pressure on your fingers. I didn't feel comfortable when I started to use it, but continue to use it to my regret. In one month, I had developed severe inflammation on my thumb, with my bone sticking out as well as minor inflammation on index and middle fingers. Now that Amazon return period is over, I have to throw it out. Wasting money is one thing, but developing three arthritic fingers really piss me off. I did not return it right away as I returned one mouse just before I bought this one. That's why I pushed myself to use it. I've been using various mouses for almost 3 decades, and this is the worst, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER mouse. So, others beware!

TECKNET Ergonomic Mouse
I've used ergonomic mice for awhile now and can't go back to using a regular mouse. I've replaced the worn out one that I've used for the past couple years with this one and I'm a little disappointed by it. While I plan to continue to use it, it's definitely not as good as the one I was using previously. It's super super light and comes to a point at the top, which gives it a cool look, but combined with its lack of weight makes it super easy to knock over. I'm constantly knocking it over. On top of that, the thumb buttons don't feel like they're where they should be to me. Maybe that will just take some getting used to, but at the moment, they feel un-intuitive.Overall, it's better than using a regular mouse, but I'm not as happy with it as I was with my old ergonomic mouse.
