I recently started my search for a natural supplement to help me tackle the early stages of menopause. I’m 39, with a lively 2-year-old keeping me on my toes, and honestly, I haven’t quite felt like myself since giving birth. The occasional hot flashes are annoying, but what’s really getting to me is the brain fog, mood swings, and just not feeling sharp at work. A friend told me about Hormone Harmony, and I’m seriously loving it! I’m not even through the first jar yet, but I can already see a difference in my sleep, digestion, and mood. It’s been a game changer! I will say that I noticed there are no specific instructions on how to take the pills—just “three a day.” I wasn’t sure if I should take them with a meal or before bed, so I just reached out to support them and they got back to me the same day!!! They said that it is perfectly fine to take it at any time in the day but the best time is first thing in the morning. I realized it isn’t specified because it is ok to take it any time. I haven’t made significant changes to my diet or exercise routine (just the occasional walk to the park with my toddler) so I don’t think I could expect any major changes in weight in less than a month. They aren’t advertising that and I wouldn’t trust any company that would promise that!!! Everyone’s body is different, so it may work differently for others. There isn’t a miracle supplement that will work for everyone and lose weight without any lifestyle changes. But the improvements in my sleep and mood are enough for me to continue using this product!!

I have to say I was very skeptical. I am 51 yrs. old and going through the menopause transition. I have been taking the Hormone Harmony supplement for 3 months now, and I am so pleased! The biggest thing to note is that I have little to no hot flashes. I was having them multiple times a day and at night. I no longer have them!! Seriously. I had a very mild (40 sec.) on one time in the last 3 months. I have much more energy than I have had in the last 10 years. I have not seen significant tummy fat reduction, or at least as much as I had hoped, but I do notice that I am less hungry as well, which is always a plus!

I’m 42, mom of three older teens, and I’ve been the same pant size since junior high. HOWEVER, we all know what’s happening behind the scenes: saggy skin, cellulite, apron tummy, perimenopause, period roller coaster, etc. I am always on-the-go, but I don’t “work out”. I eat in moderation and I drink a lot of water. I wanted to try something to curb the fat formations and emotional highs and lows. These pills are advertised everywhere; I am not even really active on social media, but I saw it everywhere. A bit pricey, especially since I don’t like to rely on supplements. There’s a bit of a flavor that’s kind of a natural taste, but it goes away quickly. I don’t really take vitamins, but I thought I could start taking something to take care of myself. There are no real instructions with these pills. Just take three a day. With 16oz of water? Before or after a meal? At bedtime? In conjunction with working out? I don’t know. I took them at bedtime. I wanted to make sure I noticed any changes without any other variables, so I didn’t change anything about my diet or lifestyle (still being as healthy as I can). I had two periods. My youngest started high school. So, there was a lot of emotion during this pill-taking time. I didn’t lose weight. I was just as emotional and crampy while on my period. My body doesn’t look any different. I didn’t feel any more energized in the morning. I didn’t find myself emptying out the pipes any more than usual. I don’t want to put on a bikini. I am just going to diet better and try to use my treadmill more, and also adjust my perception of my self image. I don’t want to be discouraging to anybody; they may work for some, but I’m a pretty normal gal and I didn’t even have a hint of difference. If I had been less emotional or felt more energized, I would more likely be buying a second bottle and then also working out more and using these pills to work towards my goal of just keeping myself healthy as I get older. I’m just leaving a review to be honest and help out. Maybe these should be more of a boost to an already active lifestyle. They just didn’t work for me.

I've now been using this product for 5 days and already see a marked difference. I have way more energy, I no longer suffer from constant cravings and my bloating has disappeared!!!! I've tried so many products for the bloating and in three days it disappeared with Happy Mammoth. My sleep has also improved. I no longer wake in the middle of the night and bounce easily out of bed in the morning now. Let me add that I am 57 years old and this has been a game changer for me. I can fully recommend this so far. I'll have to see where I am in a month.

This product works very well for reducing hot flashes, mood stabilizing, and overall comfort while going through peri-menopause. I knocked one star off for the price on Amazon. I bought this last at $69, but now is $100 even though on the Happy Mammoth website has it for $69 for one bottle, $63/bottle when you buy two. Not sure why such an increase on Amazon, but I will be buying from the retailer directly going forward.

I have been taking this for 1 month. Pros: Better sleep, and I can tell my hormones are getting better aligned slowly. My skin is looking slightly better. No I have not lost any weight with taking these, they haven't solved every little ache or pain that comes with aging and general use of the body, I still have the same stubborn chin hairs coming in that I pluck. Some of the ingredients can take 6 to 8 weeks to be fully effective (I looked each one up) so I ordered a 2nd bottle in order to let it work to it's full potential. We will see if I notice more of a difference, if not, I will not continue use.

I have been trying to find something to help me with hot flashes and moodiness due to menopause. I have found it. It's all natural ingredients which I happy with. Been a few days and I have noticed l'm not as moody, feel less bloated and minimal hot flashes. I am glad I found this product and will continue to use. Thanks for all the other great reviews that I read to make me want to try this product.
