Fresh millet
Beautiful yellow fresh millet. I was nervous getting it from this place since it’s not Wisconsin or California one but glad I did. My pet loves it

Fresh and Excellent Quality Millet for Parrots and Parakeets
All my pet birds love these, so I give them as treats every now and then, but then remove, as millet does not provide all the nutrition birds need, should be given only as occasional treates.

Long stemmed millet sprays. Sprays are fairly plump.
This millet comes bagged and inside a box, but there were still a lot of loose seeds in the bottom. Way more than any other millet I have gotten recently. I'm not sure if that means it is older millet or not.The sprays are pretty plump - not super skinny like some millet. The stems are super long. I don't think I have ever gotten millet with such long stems included.I weighed the millet, and it is pretty much exactly 2lbs. My parakeets (Budgerigars) absolutely love millet.

too old
Had long stems left on. Not as promoted. Full bloom but very stale. lost a lot of product to bottom of bag. some stalks had green corrosion on them like they had laid in a metal bin that was corroded.

Two Pounds Of Spray Millet From China — A Box Your Cat Will Love!
Spray millet is not only a healthy treat for birds, it also provides healthy exercise and mental interaction, compared to just eating seeds from a dish.Since this millet came all the way from China, it's uncertain how fresh it is and/or how free from potentially harmful chemicals it is. The plastic bag it came packaged in contained a lot of "shake" — seeds which have fallen off their stems — which might indicate lack of freshness.A bonus provided with this item is the very box it comes in which my cat, Henry, immediately fell in love with! The current Amazon listing price of $22 represents a fair value for "generic" spray millet. Though if serving it to your birds on a regular basis, it might be worth paying a little more for millet grown in the U.S. or Canada.
