I really this product, primarily for applique work, on light to midweight fabrics.When it is ironed on and peeled back, it has a really shiny surface on the fabric, and really adheres well .

I have used many bolts of this to fuse wool applique pieces. It's a great product.

With proper heat and no steam, excellent adhesion
As stated on the packaging, medium heat and no steam, otherwise the glue disappears. It takes a bit to get the iron to the ultimate temperature. Too hot, glue dissappear, to low, glue does not adhere to the fabric properly. After appliques are properly set, there is no stickiness on the needle when sewing. Very pleased with my purchase.
