Great product and tastes good

I always go for blue raspberry flavoured things as they normally are pretty reliably similar in taste. This one was way too sweet for me and needed to be balanced out with some sour. It mixed really well but I couldn't get over how thick it made my water taste so the texture wasn't for me either. It didn't aid my energy levels because I actually had a really had reaction to the product. It made me really nauseous at the time, however I may come back to edit this if I later find that it was as a result of other factors and not the product. All I know is I cut it out and I felt better. I'm sure this is great for many people but proceed with care.

Tastes good 2 scoops in 1litre

It recommends one scoop to 250ml of water, but I found that the flavour was still really good with one scoop in a 750ml bottle. I’d definitely recommend making up your bottle before you go to bed for the day and chilling it overnight, it tastes so much better cold. Will definitely buy again, since I’ve been drinking this I feel so much more hydrated, a much needed necessity for when you’re breastfeeding!

No flask that Miss selling disappointed was looking forward to have the flask otherwise the power is very nice tho

Very tasty and I’m now on my second tub. Tastes great and is easy to use but you do need to stir a lot and quickly as the powder can clump up.I think this is probably more cost effective than buying the hydration powder in individual sachets. 1 a day will last you approx 30 days

Powdery taste and can’t taste the blue raspberry flavour at all despite adding more in. I prefer other well known brands. This one just doesn’t impress in consistency and taste although it goes keep you hydrated.
