Quality of Zinc & Magensium has been reduced
In the new pack (black bottle), the quality of Zinc & Magensium has been reduced. Its no longer 100% of RDA. This is disappointing.

Garbage with zero value
Worst quality. worst product, worst seller, worst service. I can't use this product because it is a garbage. No value. So I throw out this product in my trash bin after 2 days. And I am very happy.

Wonderful product
Writing this review twenty days after using it. Impressed with the product as it keeps me active and agile throughout the day. Importantly it relieves muscular pain and cramps. Initially I was worried as it resulted in bloating in the first week. Gradually it stopped. Definitely a very good supplement in bolstering vitality. I take two tablets after breakfast every day.

Wonderful product
I just liked this product. I had muscle cramps, my allopathy Doctor suggested 4 tables comprising of calcium, Mg and other minerals. I had called my good friend who is Ayurvedic doctor to suggest single tablet comprising of the required supplements and asked me to check Rasayan website.I purchased Multivitamin for Men and started using on the same day I received. This product is wonderful and supplied required Mg to my body....and the muscle cramps in my leg frequency got reduced from 4th day.. I am happy that I found this product from Rasayan and even the support team from the company are also very supportive and provided answers to questions I have put to them. I strongly recommend this product to all men above 35+ years.
