Went the distance and bought the 7.1 inch size and I feel reassured it was a great choice. The brightness on it are at the highest settings while the charging color is set to a very low dim and non-intrusive light. As you'll note, the moon lamp is at its brightest next to my colorful lamps are set to 30 watts for measure. I like the fact that I can take it out for a spin when I need to use the restroom and adjust the brightness to my liking. It feels very light weight, not sure that's a good or bad thing, but it does clearly state that it was made through a 3D printer. And the picture is very accurate to the product detail, but I'm not sure which light settings I prefer the most. Now for the bad. I was quick to read the bad comments to think about the fact that it's not bright enough. While I disagree on how bright a moon lamp like this is suppose to be, just know that it's more for decoration than to illuminate the room. So if you need this to see a room, it's not recommended. Another thing I noticed was the fact that it can't be lit up while charging, it's only lit to the very dim blood mood settings. Seems like a missed opportunity there, but I'm not upset by it. The battery lasts for 4 hours when you keep it lit on the highest settings and I wish I could pay for a stronger battery because it really seems worth it. I doubt that people would think about the battery life to pay the extra mile without realizing the quality of the product other than the fact that it lights up without thinking of its longevity. That being said it's 4 to 20 hours and you'll get the longevity if you keep it on the lowest settings, I think it should always be on the highest, but that's my opinion. Overall, this was a solid purchase and I'm grateful for having it. The one year limited warranty does keep me feeling reassured, but I think the main thing I need to convey is this: you're buying a decoration lamp, not a lamp that's needed to see your way across a room. I do use it going to the restroom and I think it's cool to have something that looks like a small basketball lighting your way when you're half asleep. Let me know what you think. After losing to my brother by a single point on game night, and witnessing him receive a moon lamp, I pledged to get one of my own that was BETTER! I'm glad to have achieved that with this purchase. I submitted a picture of my fiance and I and it looks like a sketch of the image backlit by the 3D printed moon (I'll add a picture later). There are several different settings... you can choose between a yellow or white light and make it darker or brighter. Not only does it look great and work well as a bedside lamp, I was surprised to find it doesn't need to be charged in to function; you just need to charge it. That opens a lot of possibilities for putting it on a shelf or somewhere a wire can't discreetly reach. My fiance loves it and I do too. Thanks to the creators!

I bought this as a gift for my best friend and he loved it. It couldn't look more realistic. There are loads of colour settings, couple of modes and brigthness settings. All looks absolutely stunning. Recommended it to my colleague and he bought 3 - loved them too and was ever so grateful for a recommendation. They are, however, very fragile. I wanted one for myself and my parents - they both were delivered cracked (packaging was ok). Returned and asked for replacement - quick redelivery, however these were cracked too. At that time I gave up and asked for money back which I received. But I will definitely try later on this year again - they are worth it.

I first saw an and for this on Pinterest, but on following the link did not feel comfortable with the website as far as giving up my credit card, so I came here---and voila! Not only the one on Pinterest but others (all the same?). I asked a few questions and got answers (the reviews are almost suspiciously light on details) and bought the 7.5" version. So. It's a brand new purchase, just a day in the house (oh don't worry, I'll update if anything happens)... It's supposed to have five colors, including two "whites" (I know, white is not a color) and I briefly had the bright white but so far all I can bring up is the blue and the off white, which I like (the blue, I do not). I have yet to charge it, so perhaps that's a more fully charged function... It is not seamless---there is a three inch seam at the "bottom" allowing the light fixture to fit into the globe. Given how small the socket is, you'd think they'd have managed less than this for the seam. The charge socket is in the center of this, and when you touch it, the light comes on. It says it's a laser print of the moon, but I'm not that much of a moon gazer. Is the "bottom" really the bottom as we see it from earth? Is the surface accurate? I have no idea. It's lightweight plastic, seemingly solid, appears well crafted, again no seams, and it looks terrific when plugged in, and not knowing the moon's surface, "realistic". Will it last? Will it last long enough to be a fifty dollar novelty? How long would that be, over a year? I don't know. So far, I like it.

This is one of those rare times in my life where a product has exceeded my expectations in all ways possible. So at first, when I took the item out of the box, I was a little dismayed thinking that I got a regular light up 3D printed moon model. Until I accidentally turned it on by touching the metal charging port on the bottom. OMG there was the image! It is actually 3D printed image on the item! I was thinking that the photo will be stipple printed on top of the moon as an overlay. But it is 3D printed in there! WTF! I was so pleased! I asked a question if we could see a sample photo of how the end product would look like. They didn’t respond, because they have to make it first! I waited and waited for the item just to see how the photo came out. And my answer was shipped to me today and I couldn’t be happier! Have a look at my photos; when the moon is turned off, then turned on, and actual photo I submitted. 100% would recommend!

I used to use this as a prop on my table when I would read tarot for people. It doesn’t get terribly bright, so it wasn’t always enough for nighttime events. But I love that I could charge it at home and then use it at events. I also love that you can adjust to white, mid-range, and warm light options. The quality is really great and it would work well as a night light or cozy dark academia or witchy aesthetic.

Ordered May15. Using “Shop” order tracking APP I saw factory in China ship it out May17. It arrived in Los Angeles May25 and I received it on May26! Original eta was estimated to be JUN15-JULY12. I was shocked by the speedy arrival. Plus the unbelievable quality and photographic details on the globe. Truly only appreciated when lit. Luckily I had my own brass stand. But unreal & great gift to myself to keep my mothers memory alive. I made video to fully convey the details that a photo could not deliver. I hope video quality is ok. And I hope this helps others decide to order this. Makes great gift for sure. The photo I used I whited out background images behind the heads. I believe this helped bring out image better than if I didn’t.

I love the moon and the picture was perfect on it the only thing was I couldn’t get remote to work but they did say there sending me a replacement one. I haven’t got it yet but other then remote I absolutely love it. I most likely will buy another one for my granddaughter because she loves it so much also. She is one and likes holding it to go to sleep. I would have give it 5 stars if it had not been for remote not working. I changed my rating to 5 because they did send me replacement remote and it arrived quickly along with another moon light that was plain as a a good gesture that I thought was nice of them. Everything works perfect now.

Had to send it back as it wouldn’t stay on, no matter how much, or for how long it was charged.
