The robot cleans very well. Keep accessories such as extra mopping pads/ plates handy. We visited the ecovacs service center in Dubai. Mr. Sajad Ahmed has been very professional and helpful. One of the worst robots I have used, hair isn't vacuumed properly and when it does it tangles in the brush (gets disconnected all the time) and the roller, in addition it gets tangled with the wires around the house. The mop always gets disconnected. Very slow it takes forever to finish and forever to recharge. Lastly I got a cleaning sink malfunction and asked for a return. DO NOT BUY

The old version cleans continuesly, this one is so annoying, every few minutes it goes back to the base to clean up and comes back, it takes more than 5 times the old one

I have reset it and kept it on charge for 10 times. After 30-60 sec on charge it won’t charge anymore. It came with the battery dead. Usually all new products have enough juice to set it. She here he goes back to amazon

The robo cleaner is intelligent by itself to memorise the enclosure and keep the configured plan in memory to follow a schedule. The algorithm used to move over the obstacles and to retry certain real world cases are appreciated. The device seems less confused and the app used to govern the device is not just user friendly but at the same time it has a dash board to provide an overall stats of all the attachments which are functioning. The device is a not very noisy neither is very silent to be run at night. The dust bag seems to be accommodating dust for longer times but would have to replaced once used. The mop pads and the brushes used within are advanced to take care of tangling hair strands.
