It's very good for intermediate or advanced gym going people , it's texture is very fine which helps it to dissolve properly in water and it comes from real Wellcore store/website so no need to care about it's authenticity wether it's real or not , even tho it's not suitable or favoured to be consumed by beginners but if they are consist they can buy this , the scoop comes inside the jar so need to weight it overall it's value for money as it comes 82 serving in just 950-1024₹ which is very nice . The scoop is purely 3gm which make it easy to use , I don't get any digestive issues using this as it fine powder , the only downgrade is it's taste because the fruit fusion even tho at starting it feels like mixed fruit juice but as coming to last sip it feels like a cough syrup , I have seen other people buying the kiwi flavour so I would recommend other to buy kiwi instead of fruit fusion

Very bad taste, Earlier I ordered small version of kiwi kick which was good but the larger pack that I got smells and tastes very bad like either expired or mixed with ORS.
