Suitable for beginners and the solubility is 100% and after 7 day of consumption i can say it is safe for health. Off course its value for money . Muscle building is in progress and will see in next 3 months, then again I’ll update

The product is very nice, better than other creatine brands, this is less in cost than other creatine and the flavour is excellent. I would use this as a drink rather than other things like slice and things. The creatine dissolves in water quickly and it's suitable for beginners.
