Nice question, oddly enough I haven't been asked this. However, each bottle is 250ml, the directions call for 1 Tablespoon per use (Approx. 15ml). This works out to approximately 17 days.

is there more coconut oil than sunflower and pepermint ?

Ingredients are required to be listed in order of most --> least. For this product, the order is sesame - sunflower- coconut - peppermint. It doesn't take much pure peppermint oil to be effective clinically , and to flavor powerfully.
