Not only did I not have any problems (though I was also pretty scrupulous with hand gel etc)
I bought these in the hope of avoiding problems on a recent 12 day trip to India. Not only did I not have any problems (though I was also pretty scrupulous with hand gel etc), my long-term problem with acid reflux has disappeared too. For years, I have needed to avoid eating after 6pm or face the inevitable middle-of-the-night reflux, but no more. Even in India, where I had little choice but to be eating curry-based food and as late as 10pm, I had no issues with acid reflux at all.Since returning home, I am continuing with Bimuno (but the "Daily" version) and have not had one attack of the dreaded acid since.

They seem to work quite well
I took these before going to India for 16 days. I did experience a little bit of Delhi Belly, but it was not severe. My travel company recommended I take them
