Yes, I believe it can although mine hasn’t arrived yet. But I did use this rice glue on a course making fabric covered book covers. Good luck.

Does this glue have a limited shelf life?

Not really but after 21 years it dried up!

Anyone know how flexible after dryng this is? I wish to glue to 2 bits of paper together by adding a 3rd peice in the middle to make a folding hidge
