Nice fit. Just enough coverage.
I got the medium size and am 165 lbs, 5'8" tall 32" waist for regular pants. They are a little tight, could definitely have gone with a size up. But I like the minimal coverage, so happy with what I got. They really aren't see though (I got the blue water print) and show a nice bulge, but not more detailed outlines. They are the least material I'm comfortable wearing on public beaches, which is perfect for me. Way more comfortable than trunks. I like the blue water print because it seems least likely that someone will think I'm wearing underwear. I've now got 6 different variants swim briefs, these are my favorite.

Love these. Very comfortable, good color and pouch size. Not too thick material, but doesn't feel bulky or show what's inside. Seems to be high quality, haven't faded since being in salt water or chlorine. Draw string is long so you can get them very tight if needed.

Size Guide Wrong
The size guide is definitely wrong. I wear a 32” in my waist, so per the size guide I ordered a medium. They are so small! They fit my boyfriend who wears a small. Definitely gonna have to size up at least one size.
