As a side sleeper, I can't stand the pillow folding up around my face when I lay my head on it. Does this pillow do that?

I too am a side sleeper and have NOT noticed that as being a problem... Though I tend to place my head more to the corner than in the middle.

I would say yes. I did. And add a couple of tennis balls in dryer to fluff up the pillows
